Delete Your Facewise Account

You can permanently delete your Facewise account and all associated data directly within the app — no need to contact us, though you're welcome to if you'd rather not use the app to do it.

How to delete your account in-app

1. Open Facewise and make sure you're signed in.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to Account Actions and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, email muhammadumar840777@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in association (Google/Apple)
• Your onboarding answers (skin type, concerns, goals, routine preferences)
• Your scan history and saved analysis results
• Your push notification device registration

Deletion is permanent and typically completes within a few minutes of confirming in-app, or within a reasonable time after an email request. Note: your selfie photos are never stored in the first place — they're analyzed and discarded immediately, so there's nothing to delete there. Some anonymized, non-identifying diagnostic logs used for debugging may be retained briefly as part of normal operational logging, but are not linked back to you once your account is deleted.
